SECOR Consulting began operations in January 1995, originally as part of a US based environmental consulting company,
SECOR International Inc.
In November 1997 the company achieved full independence through a management buy-out. The company has its headquarters
in New Malden, UK, from where it provides services in over 30 countries worldwide.
SECOR Consulting initially focused on clients' internal business operations, processes and systems, and the company differentiated
itself from competitors through detailed industry knowledge in its target sectors.
Following the acquisition of CRM UK Ltd in 2000, SECOR's perspective widened to include the external view of the organisation
witnessed by the customer, namely the customer experience it provides. In doing so SECOR's Customer Value Management (CVM) approach
to customer management was born.
Since then, SECOR has focused on three of the core areas in which it has historically operated in order to ensure it can maintain
and develop its position of industry and subject matter expert in these fields. Within each of these areas SECOR has developed propositions
targeted at addressing both the general business needs and also the specific industry needs of these sectors as detailed under Propositions and Services.
